Rice cereal
After introducing her to rice cereal, Freida is sleeping very well and loves to have her meals with us. We also feel a lot less guilty when these eyes follow our forks and totally bypass her eager mouth.

Wow, you did a much better job than we did with the first bowl of cereal - Sophie's face was COVERED in the stuff. Of course, she had just begun sucking on her own fists a few days before the rice cereal, and she kept trying to get her hands on the spoon to feed herself (which wouldn't have worked!). She still loves it and gets pretty excited when we feed her rice cereal. She's started eating the mushy fruit and vegetable baby food too (sometimes we mix with rice cereal, sometimes we don't).
